Racket Stringing

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is typically [e.g. 24–48 hours], unless otherwise stated

Service, String Tension and Recommendations

Customers may choose from a selection of strings offered by us or provide their own string.

If supplying your own string, please ensure it is suitable for your racket

Customers must specify desired string tension; if not specified, we will string at the manufacturer’s recommended midpoint tension.

We are not liable for damage or poor performance caused by customer-specified tensions that fall outside recommended ranges.

Liability

While we take the utmost care during restringing, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage that could be hidden or wear to the frame or grommets
• Frame breakage due to excessive wear or high string tension

Payment

Payment is due in full upon collection of the restrung racket

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to change your string or tension request, please contact us immediately after dropping off your racket.

• The trading name that will appear on your statement will be ‘Anderson and Hill’
• Your account will be charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
• Anderson and Hill is a New Zealand owned business.

Delivery Policy

We are a small business which Pack Online orders and Click And Collects on a daily basis excluding weekends:

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be packed 9.00am on Monday and will be collected by the courier on the same day. Monday to Friday Orders received before 12pm that day will be collected by the courier on the same day, Any orders past 12pm will be couriered the next day. Orders take 2-3 business days + 1 extra day for rural deliveries.

We use Post Haste Couriers as our courier and all orders are tracked. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns and Refund Policy

We proudly stand behind our products! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Email sales@andersonandhill.co.nz Please note: Postage fees are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.We do not offer refunds on Sale items instead we offer a store credit when items have been returned in original conditon.

Anderson and Hill uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We collect email addresses from enquirers and those requesting to receive email newsletters. We collate this information to enable us to respond to enquirers or to send newsletters to those who have made a request.

No information is shared or sold to any third party company. We will immediately remove you from our database if requested.

We use cookies on our website to help us monitor its performance and to process orders. No personal information about visitors to our website is stored.
